Globedle: four daily geography games

Globedle is a set of four free daily geography games, in the spirit of Worldle and Globle. Every day each game picks one country, and you have six guesses to find it. Each wrong guess tells you how far away you are and which direction to go, and gives you a bigger clue.

Every game works the same way, but the clue is different: a satellite photo of a country at night, a daytime satellite close-up, a few seconds of a national anthem, or a receipt of real prices. After each game there are bonus rounds on the same country: its flag, its capital and its neighbours.

Questions

What games are on Globedle?

Darkle (guess the country from its lights at night), Zoomle (guess from a satellite close-up), Hymnle (guess from its national anthem) and Costle (guess from its prices).

Is Globedle like Worldle or Globle?

Yes, it is a daily country-guessing game in the same family: six guesses, with distance and direction after each wrong guess. Globedle adds four different kinds of clue on one site, plus bonus rounds, streaks and a practice mode.

Is Globedle free?

Yes. All four games are free to play in any web browser, with no account or download needed.

When does a new puzzle come out?

Each game has one new daily puzzle, and it unlocks at midnight in your own time zone. Everyone in the world gets the same country on the same day.

Can I play more than once a day?

Yes. Every game has a practice mode with unlimited random rounds, and practice rounds earn XP towards levels.

Which languages does it support?

English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese.

Can I install it like an app?

Yes. Globedle can be added to your home screen on iPhone and Android or installed from Chrome on a computer, and it keeps working offline once loaded.
